Carine Nadel knew that journalism and writing was in her blood. Graduating from college at 20 Carine went directly into being an afternoon news anchor for a couple of radio stations. As fate would have it, a man named Steve literally appeared at her door and they fell in love at first sight! Taking a slight bit of time off (20 years) to raise her family, Carine hopped right back into journalism. Writing for the Orange County Register, Orange County Jewish Life and many other publications, including stories in two Chicken Soup for the Soul books Carine now enjoys life in her new home state of Arizona. Still writing but finding joy in watching her four grandchildren grow, being with her children and spending time with her husband of almost 40 years.
