Carolyn Picket

Hello,My name is Carolyn Pickett.I am 46 years old.I love in Central falls,Rhode Island USA.I have one child..a song who is 17 and soon to graduate highschool +turn 18.My current job is a security officer "unarmed"for 5 years now working 3rd shift 5 days a week.I love it.Previous jobs I had were retail sales oriented:Working at a pharmacy,gift shop at a mall,Greeting card store,grocery store,factory outlet to a dollar store.In 1991 to 95 I was enlisted in the US Coast Guard...serving as a seaman on board a 378 foot cutter(USCGC Morgenthau) out of Alameda ,California then 2 years at a Coast Guard training center in Petaluma ,California.
  I am an artist by hobby but I am passionate about it.My medium of choice:Colored pencils"prismacolor",Ink pen,Watercolors,&acrylics.I draw from my mind mostly...Don't like using photos or others creations for inspiration very much.My hobbies when not drawing :Singing on an app"Smule karaoke" Indonesian &Malay songs mostly with a few english songs here and there.Spending time with my older brother&his girlfriend, my son, mom...Love learning new things.Still learning skateboarding "with protective gear" ..also Buddhism, mindful meditation.I am a vegan for almost a year now and so happy to truly respect all life on this planet.
 My motto for this life....Treat others as you would want to be treated and live with compassion for all beings.🏻
