Vincent Uhega

Vincent Uhega is Founder and CEO of the Voice of Youth Tanzania [VOYOTA].

A National Facilitator for the Youth-based programs by the Prime Minister’s office, Department of Youth Affairs. His great interest in youth and community development has led him to a number of volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles. With more than 10 years working with local and international organizations including Vision for Youth Tanzania,
Africa Speak Zimbabwe, Shadow of Success Foundation, EGPAF, SOS Tanzania and MS TCDC to mention but a few, Vincent has always been able to exemplify true leadership and dedication to helping his people for better.

Vincent’s career has encompassed all levels of organizational leadership, development, and management for profit and nonprofits organizations. He has served as an Event Organizer, Public Speaker, Resource Mobilizer and a National Youth Facilitator for several local and national initiatives, including Tanzania National Youth Assembly, Meru farmers’ Forum and Arusha African Film Festival. Vincent has been a role model to young people and community as a whole. He has been in the East Africa youth Leadership Summit “YouLead”, aside from other roles, Vincent was taking care of the social and entertainment aspects.
