Hello and Welcome Dr. Rosina McAlpine to the 1000 Ripple Effects Project.

Dr. Rosina has always been very passionate about kids and was delighted to be included in this project.

Dr. Rosina McAlpine is the CEO and creator of the Win Win Parenting Program, and has a Masters degree and a PhD in education. She is an internationally recognised, award-winning university researcher and educator receiving 5 outstanding teaching awards as well as 5 international best paper awards.
Since becoming a parent, she has been developing programs to help parents overcome the challenges of modern-day parenting using the latest research in child development. Her research interests include navigating and negotiating work-life balance, and gender equality. 
A keen researcher, Rosina has edited a book with chapters from leading minds around the world in psychology, neuro-science and biology for the book entitled Inspired Children: how the leading minds of today raise their kids. As a busy working Mum, Rosina has developed practical and innovative approaches to parenting, including programs that empower parents to help their children develop key life skills like good self-esteem, communication skills and resilience in just 15 minutes at a time.
Rosina has appeared regularly in the media, hosted a weekly parenting talk radio show, co-hosted a web TV show and has an informative parenting blog with practical support for on a range of topics including managing children’s use of technology, supporting healthy self-esteem and overcoming bullying.
