Hello and Welcome Rob Vickey to the 1000 Ripple Effects Book Project
Rob is an amazing individual who loves life and loves having fun. Rob's creative vision is very welcome here in the 1000 Ripple Effects Book Project.
Rob Vickery ~ I Am the Running Man!This is who I am and what I do. I travel around the world reminding people (including myself) to have more fun and to not take life so seriously. That is my simple message.
My Grandmother always told me that I could do anything I put my mind to and...I believed her.
Since February 2016, I have traveled through Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, India, Nepal, Europe, Central Europe, UK and Ireland, back to Nepal, back to Thailand, China and in November I will return back to Australia briefly, before taking off on the next leg of my big adventure!
I just want to remind people to be happy and if what you are doing in your life isn't helping you to live a happy life...change it! Or at least, change what you can and accept what you can't change.
All of us have a gift to share with the world and that gift is simply to be who we truly are. If you don't know who you 'really' are, i encourage you to find out and once you do, you will know what you need to do. It's simple, just not easy.
It is my hope that when people see me enjoying my life and being happy, that it wakes something up inside of them and inspires them to do the same, in their own unique way. As the saying goes, "be yourself...everyone else is taken."
Have fun and be kind to yourself. You are so much more awesome than you can ever know.
Hello and welcome Susan Bradley to the 1000 Ripples Project.
Susan joined our project because of her love and passion for children. She loves to see kids happy and succeeding.
Susan trained as a Registered Nurse and specialized in acute medical care, honing her observation skills and dedicating herself to understanding the physical body. She loved working as a team member and admired the professionals she was blessed to work with. Susan cares deeply. In her nursing work she felt a distinct ‘lacking’ in the care she was able to deliver, and would often stay back after her shift to show patients and their families reflexology points for pain and nausea and give 5 min aromatherapy foot and hand massages.
After her son was born she began a Yoga teaching Diploma and taught Yoga for 9 years in her local community. This became the start of her mind-body connection work.
Serindipity uncovered electro-neuro accupucture in the form of Enar and Scenar and auriculotherapy (microcurrent therapy) which has become Susan’s passion (with a few other emotional clearing additions).
Susan is grateful to have found what she loves. Her next dream is to channel her skills into addiction rehab.

Hello and Welcome Brian Haupt to the 1000 Ripple Effects project.
Brian is a very beautiful man and has been supporting the project since the beginning.
Over the past many years Brian has succeeded in business. His knowledge in business is experience based guided by highly successful business associates that spread right across the board. Brian's attitude is that he will always find a way. If he does not have the education or knowledge for a particular exercise then he will call upon one or more of several people whom he knows who will be happy to guide and assist. What else is networking for?????
Brian may be near blind, however, he has broken many barriers with the general public who have never interacted with a person who have a vision impairment. Brian's favourite quote with a new person is "I'm not visually impaired! It's my vision that's impaired! Visually, I'm a good looking guy!"
In March of 2009,Brian participated in a fundraiser summiting Mt Kilimanjaro, Tanzania for the Highsight Expedition and Queensland Eye Institute. Approximately one week after returning home Brian joined a Martial Art and is still participating. He feels the Karate is controlled exercise and a great achievement at each grading.
Business is a passion of Brians and he wishes to retire from telemarketing June 2020. He then will embark on a greater business venture. Till then he is still working and involved in Network Marketing providing a free App for your Smartphone called Sherlock Mobile, With invite code 973645. Also he has a travel site zyntravel.com Promo code 1861.

Hello and Welcome John Broadbent to the 1000 Ripple Effects Project.
John is a very special man who's main focus is on men's work. Men's work is a very important topic and will have a main focus throughout the 1000 Ripple Effects Project.
John Broadbent is the author of "Man Unplugged - Exploring The Inner Man"
Released in March 2014 the book explores:
- What does it mean to be man right now?
- How did we get to where we are?
- What affects the way we think about ourselves?
- How can men live more deeply fulfilling lives?
In the not-too-distant past, a man’s self-worth, being a provider and protector, were strongly tied to his work. With global financial pressures, changes in employment and gender roles in flux, the traditional roles of men are changing.
Health, sexuality, intimacy and emotional mobility underpin a man’s capacity to relate, which in turn informs the quality of his interpersonal relationships and ultimately, society.
Join ‘Man Unplugged’ as he takes you on a journey through the inner world of men, exploring the multiple facets of why we are as we are. You’ll understand the steps men can take to instil lasting change, resulting in authentic men, connected relationships, happier families and stronger communities.

Hello and Welcome Deborah Kaderah Miles to the 1000 Ripple Effects Project.
Deborah has a huge passion and love for teaching children. Deborah believes that kids matter in this world. She says "they are our next leaders, innovators, healers and care takers of this planet which is why I am so honoured to part of the Ripple Effect"
In her work, Deborah takes you on a journey into happiness, health and harmony. Through the practice of Yoga, Aikido and Meditation you will discover that true happiness is a mind set, health is about how you treat your body and harmony is your soul's journey.
Deborah started her business Mindful Living Matters which is about the mind-body-spirit connection you seek.
Deborah tells everyone "You are what matters right now!" these are some very powerful words.
Deborah shares her experience.
I remember practicing yoga back in my very early twenties when it was difficult to find a yoga instructor. Going to classes gave me the physical outlet while also appealing to my spiritual aspect. I always felt relaxed after the class and can remember this real sense of being a part of something wonderful. When I moved to Brisbane at the end of 2000 I was introduced to Aikido, a form of defensive martial arts.
Aikido gave me much grounding and showed me a disciplined form of mind, body and spirit connection. While practicing Aikido I was re-introduced to yoga again. I found the two practices blended perfectly, helping me through the difficult process of several unsuccessful rounds of fertility treatment.
After 8 years I chose to stop practicing the physical aspects of Aikido and focused on its philosophy while I deepened my yoga practice. In 2010 I completed my yoga teacher training with My Health Yoga.
Since then I have taught corporate organisations, community classes, teen’s classes and kids classes. As a registered yoga teacher I am required to attend professional development and from this I have found an interest in delving deeper into the core aspects of yoga for adults and children along with energy work, completing my psychosomatic therapy training. With my Aikido background I find an affinity with the Japanese way of working with Ki (or energy) and have since studied a Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies and am also a Reiki practitioner. While studying my Diploma I discovered Yin Yoga and obtained my Level 2 Yin Yoga teacher training with Jennifer Crescenzo in Melbourne.
Having recently been through a life awakening period I have realised how powerful yoga, pranayama and the teachings of Aikido can be for keeping you present. I will always consider myself a student on the path to conscious awareness, awakening and opening my heart to all possibility and hopefully being given the opportunity to share what I learn with you.
