Ray Erickson has either been a teenager or he has worked with teenagers. His aim is to reach out everywhere and offer parents the tools and understanding needed to create strong, enduring relationships not just with their teen, but with everyone. Ray believes most parents (people) don’t understand the nature of relationships in the first place, and they really don´t understand the nature of the beast we call adolescence.
